Thank you for your assistance in regards to the site inspection of your property to enable us to prepare your landlord’s tax depreciation schedule. In preparation for this please read the steps below that will ready you for the organised Zoom conference:

 

1. Download the Zoom app onto your mobile phone using the App Store (it’s free)

2. Hit the ‘Join a Meeting’ button on the opening page

3. Enter the Meeting ID that has been sent to you via text message by MCG Quantity Surveyors and hit the ‘Join’ button

4. The video meeting will begin and MCG’s site inspector will discuss what is required and walk you through the inspection itself.

 

The inspection itself will take no more than 30 minutes and it is important to note it will be recorded for internal office use only.
