MCG Quantity Surveyors are proud members of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As required by the Tax Practitioners Board, we are also a Registered Tax Agent which means that we are able provide tax depreciation schedules as qualified Quantity Surveyors.

Our staff hold varying qualifications, however our Quantity Surveyors preparing construction cost estimates and tax depreciation schedules must hold degrees as recognised by the AIQS, namely a Bachelor of Building (Construction Management).
